What should I do if the power adapter fails? What should I do? Different problems have different treatment methods. Next, I will tell you how to solve the problems encountered when charging the power adapter.
What should I do if the power adapter fails? What should I do? Different problems have different treatment methods. Next, I will tell you how to solve the problems encountered when charging the power adapter.

1. The charger is plugged into the 220V mains, and the traffic lights are turned off when they are on.
(1) Short circuit of the primary coil of the transformer in the charger → measure the primary coil of the transformer with the digital multimeter resistance file. Under normal circumstances, the resistance value of the primary coil of the transformer is about 23Ω. If it is less than the resistance value, it proves that the primary coil of the transformer is short-circuited and the transformer must be replaced. At the same time, measure the temperature thermal fuse and 2A fuse and replace the damaged fuse.
(2) Short circuit of the charger transformer secondary pole coil → measure the secondary coil resistance with a multimeter to be about 1.2Ω.
(3) Short circuit of rectifier 6A2 → measure the forward and reverse resistance of 4 6A2 rectifiers respectively, and update the forward and reverse 6A2 rectifier diodes.

2. The traffic lights are on when charging (no charging current or current is only 0.05~0.1A).
(1) The charger output fuse is blown → the charger output 3A fuse is replaced.
(2) The battery case fuse is blown → Replace the battery box 15A fuse.
(3) Open the battery wiring → Replace the battery connection cable.
(4) Poor contact of the charging connector → Clear the foreign object at the connector contact or replace the connector.
(5) The internal battery of a battery pack is open → the voltage of each battery is measured separately, the battery without voltage is invalid, and the battery is replaced according to the battery replacement method.
(6) Charger charging voltage is low (deviation from technical standard value) → Use digital multimeter DC voltage file to measure charging voltage according to a certain method. If the voltage is low, if it is less than 43V, it should be adjusted until it reaches 44V.
(7) S806 thyristor short circuit or pin desoldering → Replace S802 thyristor (disassembly and fixing with heat sink fixed).
(8) 0.1μ FCBB capacitor or 0.1Ω/2W cement resistor is damaged. → Replace the 0.1μ FCBB capacitor or replace the 0.1Ω/2W cement resistor.

3. The charger output plug is hot or the hot output card plug is loose, the surface of the contact surface is oxidized → the oxide is removed or the connector is replaced.
